Job summary

W. L. Gore & Associates in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced SAP Security Analyst to focus on SAP Security, GRC, IAG/IPS and S/4 HANA with Fiori.

You will collaborate with functional teams to gather security requirements and implement SAP security models and best practices. The role requires hands-on experience in SAP security, S/4 HANA, Fiori, and related SAP modules, with strong communication skills and ability to work with large cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years hands-on SAP security experience in S/4 HANA with Fiori, BTP, IAS, MDG, SLT, SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP, GTS and TM.
• 2) Design, configure, develop and maintain SAP task and business roles to align with global requirements.
• 3) Deep understanding of SAP authorizations for S/4 HANA, HANA DB, MDG, GTS, TM and SaaS like IBP.
• 4) Experience with large teams and partners on SAP Authorization issue resolution.
• 5) Experience with ServiceNow, Jira and SAP Solution Manager Charm/Focus Build processes.
• 6) Excellent communication to collaborate with business and tech teams.
• 7) Troubleshoot security access issues with stakeholders to resolve SAP Security, Fiori and GRC errors.
• 8) Experience with IAG/GRC Access control including SoD Analysis and remediation controls.
• 9) Work with compliance on Control Guidelines and Test Procedures.
• 10) Ability to work with multiple system implementation teams and deliver results.

The candidate should collaborate with the functional teams to gather security requirements, and implement SAP security models and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP Security and in-depth knowledge GRC.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with functional teams, gather security requirements, and implement SAP security models and best practices.
• Proven S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation experience, specifically with Fiori.
• Proven experience with SAP Identity and Access Governance (IAG), SAP GRC, SAP IPS, and SAP IAS.
• Strong experience in Firefighter Access and PAM.
• Exposure on BTP Security (IAG, IAS and IPS).
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and explain complex technical concepts.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical integration requirements, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve integration issues.
• Travel ~5%.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Life Sciences industry is a strong positive.
• Experience working in an international multi-cultural environment considered a plus.
