Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on SAP Security and GRC expertise to support Access Control, role design, user provisioning, and compliance across SAP landscapes including S/4HANA and Fiori.

The role involves implementing and maintaining security configurations, conducting SoD risk analyses, and coordinating with auditors and stakeholders to ensure robust governance and rapid security resolutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Security and SAP GRC experience.
• Hands-on SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x expertise.
• SoD risk analysis, role administration, and user management.
• Security design, audits, and compliance reporting across SAP landscapes.
• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, and Fiori security.
• Knowledge of audit frameworks and integration with SAP Basis.
• Exposure to IDM/IAG is preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Security administration, role design, user provisioning, risk analysis, and compliance management across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM).
• Design, build, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, and Fiori environments.
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk analysis and remediation activities.
• Manage user access provisioning, firefighter access, and emergency access management.
• Conduct security audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to organizational policies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide security solutions.
• Support SAP security and GRC upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, role design standards, and compliance reports.
• Troubleshoot authorization-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors during audit engagements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x.
• Expertise in ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Security and Fiori Security.
• Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, role administration, and user management.
• Experience in SoD analysis, risk mitigation, and compliance reporting.
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis and integration aspects related to security.
• Experience with SAP IDM/IAG (preferred).
• Familiarity with audit and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP GRC and/or SAP Security certifications preferred.
• Experience with multinational/global SAP environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
