Job summary

IND KCI Medical India Private limited is seeking a qualified SAP Security / GRC Analyst for their Bangalore office in a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will leverage their 5+ years of experience in SAP Security, handling role design, compliance, and GRC administration.

This role involves working closely with technical teams to support SAP applications and ensuring SOX compliance. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a robust understanding of SAP GRC products.

Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a SAP Security / GRC Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Having a strong background in SAP Security and GRC Administration.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, working closely with several SAP Process teams and technical teams to understand their requirements and support issue fixes and incident resolution in SAP On‑Premise Applications such as S/4, GTS and public cloud solutions like BTP, IBP and Ariba.
• Handling other regular Security activities such as role design and fixes, supporting audit activities, analyzing and supporting Fire Fighter user administration and log reviews, GRC Workflow activities and other tasks under SAP Security / GRC expertise.
• Developing and implementing a full suite of SAP GRC products; implementing solutions that meet minimum required design documentation, quality standards, and SOX compliance.
• Practicing excellent written and verbal communication with key stakeholders.

Your Skills & Expertise (Minimum Qualifications)

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Security, GRC Administration and Cloud‑based SAP Application Security.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP GRC 10.x/12.x Access Control modules and at least 3 years in S/4 HANA Security and GRC Implementation with a focus on role authorisations.
• Experience with the development and implementation of the full suite of SAP GRC products, including SAP GRC Access Control and SAP GRC Process Control, and other SAP applications such as HANA, S4, Fiori, GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, etc.
• In‑depth working knowledge of GRC components (Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, User Access Review and EAM) and SoD concepts.
• Good knowledge of S4 HANA, FIORI, HANA and BTP Security concepts.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience creating HANA DB security roles, and user setup for developers & modelers, database administrators and end users.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts on weekdays and be available for on‑call support during weekends/holidays.

Nice to Have Skills

• SOX/GRC control experience and GRC configuration, MSMP and BRF+.
• Life Science (GxP) experience.
• Experience with developing and implementing SAP Security (Fiori, ECC and S/4 HANA), and designing a SoD ruleset in SAP GRC Access Control.
• Experience translating control framework requirements into an authorisation concept.
