Job summary

Everpure in Bengaluru is seeking an SAP SD/MM Analyst to design and optimize Order-to-Fulfillment and supply chain solutions that power our global commercial operations. You will collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT to translate complex business processes into scalable SAP systems.

By integrating SD, MM, and Customer Service touchpoints, you will accelerate order processing, improve inventory accuracy, and strengthen enterprise data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP SD and MM configuration and support.
• Experience with inventory management and order-to-cash workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to translate workflows into functional specs.
• Must be able to work from Bangalore office per policy.

THE ROLE

As an SAP SD/MM Analyst at Everpure, you will design and optimize robust Order-to-Fulfillment (OTC) and supply chain solutions that power our global commercial operations. Collaborating with cross-functional finance, procurement, and IT engineering teams, you will turn complex business processes into highly scalable SAP systems. By integration-testing SD, MM, and Customer Service modules, you will directly accelerate order processing velocity and improve supply chain predictability. Your mission is to elevate system integrity and build a high‑performing, seamless enterprise architecture for our global stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Order-to-Fulfillment System Design: Own the translation of business requirements into high-quality functional and technical specifications for SAP OTC, SD, and MM solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Architecture Integration: Lead configuration and integration mapping across SD, MM, IM, and FI modules—including critical touchpoints with Customer Service (CS) and Service Management (SM)—to establish seamless data flows and unified business processes.
• Supply Chain Optimization & Analytics: Implement cutting-edge supply chain planning and optimization solutions, leveraging analytics dashboards (SAC) and Demand Planning frameworks to enhance inventory accuracy and operational transparency.
• Continuous System Health & Troubleshooting: Drive advanced root-cause analysis to resolve complex issues within SAP systems, minimizing downtime for global commercial operations and enhancing end‑user efficiency through targeted system documentation and training.

What You Bring

• Core SAP Module Experience: 3+ years of professional hands‑on experience configuring and supporting SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules, with deep knowledge of inventory management and order-to-cash workflows.
• Cross-Module Integration Skills: Strong technical proficiency in managing integration points between core supply chain configurations and parallel domains like SAP FI (Financials), Customer Service (CS), or Service Management (SM).
• Business Analysis & Problem Solving: Proven ability to translate complex commercial workflows into structured functional specifications, with an analytical mindset capable of troubleshooting intricate ecosystem anomalies.
• Location Requirement: We are primarily an in‑office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
