Job summary

Everpure in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP Quality Assurance Analyst to safeguard the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem across STP, RTR, and ITR. You will validate complex data flows (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, REST/SOAP via SAP CPI) and drive automation to reduce risk and accelerate deployments.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll own QA strategies, lead UAT, and ensure go‑live readiness while aligning deliverables with business objectives in a global enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SAP QA testing across manual and automated environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and end-to-end test planning.
• Experience validating data interfaces and integrations in SAP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA strategies for SAP core processes (STP, RTR, ITR) and ensure data integrity.
• Validate inbound/outbound data flows (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, REST/SOAP via SAP CPI) with external apps.
• Design and maintain automated tests using Tosca, integrate into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Jira Xray).
• Lead defect triage, provide QA metrics, and coordinate UAT for go-live readiness.

THE ROLE

As an SAP Quality Assurance Analyst at Everpure, you will safeguard the performance and reliability of our mission‑critical SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, ensuring uninterrupted business operations across key global streams like Source‑to‑Pay (STP) and Record‑to‑Report (RTR). Collaborating closely with cross‑functional engineering teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders, you will validate high‑impact enterprise integrations across environments like Salesforce and ServiceNow. By driving advanced automated testing methodologies, you will directly mitigate operational risks, elevate software deployment quality, and accelerate global business velocity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• End-to-End Business Process Validation: Own the execution of comprehensive quality assurance strategies across SAP core processes—including STP, RTR, and ITR—to guarantee seamless business continuity, financial accuracy, and data integrity for global operations.
• Enterprise Integration Assurance: Partner with integration and development teams to rigorously validate complex inbound and outbound data flows (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, REST/SOAP APIs via SAP CPI), ensuring robust, zero‑defect connectivity between SAP and external applications like Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Test Automation Framework Modernization: Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca, integrating them directly into continuous delivery pipelines (Jenkins, DEX, Jira Xray) to significantly shrink regression cycles and optimize continuous testing maturity.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Release Readiness: Lead cross‑functional defect triage sessions, manage quality metrics dashboards, and coordinate business‑facing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to align final software deliverables with business expectations and guarantee smooth go‑live cutovers.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Professional QA Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise SAP software testing across both manual and automated environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and QA methodologies.
• SAP S/4HANA & Functional Expertise: Strong functional testing capability across core SAP modules (STP, RTR, ITR) along with the proficiency to analyze complex business requirements and engineer comprehensive end‑to‑end test plans.
• Advanced Integration & Technical Verification: Technical mastery of interface verification methodologies, including experience validating IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and REST/SOAP APIs within an SAP CPI architecture.
• Automation & Test Management Tooling: Practical capability in executing and maintaining automated test frameworks using Tricentis Tosca, alongside familiarity with enterprise test management via Jira Xray, Postman, or continuous delivery pipelines.
• Location Requirement: We are primarily an in‑office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
