Responsibilities

• Configure and support sales documents, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery, and credit management.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
• Support interfaces and integrations with MM, FI, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare functional documentation.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational standards.
