Job summary

Intime It Services in Kolkata is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to manage SAP SD/O2C processes, configuration, and support across the order-to-cash cycle. The role requires strong understanding of Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and integration with MM and FI modules.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with business users and ABAP teams, perform testing, create functional documentation, and contribute to rollout or production support efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12 years of hands‑on experience in SAP SD.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP SD configuration.
• Understanding of SAP SD integration with MM and FI.
• Experience in SAP SD support or implementation projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP SD processes including: Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Invoicing, Basic Credit Management.
• Handle and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Assist in business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution implementation.
• Perform basic SAP SD configuration based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with ABAP teams for developments, enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Analyze and resolve SAP SD production/support issues within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with MM and FI teams for cross-module integration issues.
• Assist with user support, training, documentation, and post-go-live activities.
• Participate in implementation, support, rollout, or enhancement projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled SAP SD Consultant with 12 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes and practical exposure to SAP SD configuration, support, and issue resolution.

The candidate will work closely with business users, functional teams, ABAP developers, and other SAP modules to understand business requirements and deliver effective SAP SD solutions.
