Job summary

Ekloud Data Labs in Bengaluru is seeking a SAP SD specialist to manage functional support, develop and deliver SAP SD solutions. The role requires handling AMS support, incidents, and service requests with a focus on Pharma/Life Sciences environments.

You will analyze requirements, prepare FSDs, and configure SAP SD in ECC and S/4HANA, primarily for OTC processes, while coordinating with technical teams and ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience is mandatory.
• Experience in SAP SD processes within Pharmaceutical environments.
• Ability to analyze requirements and prepare functional specs (FSDs).

Job description

Manage and own SAP SD functional support, development, and delivery activities.
Provide AMS support and manage priority-based incidents and service requests.
Analyze business requirements and prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
Configure and support SAP SD processes in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Work on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and resolve SD-related issues.
Handle client-facing responsibilities and interact with business stakeholders.
Identify root causes, perform RCA, and drive continuous process improvements.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of production issues.
Support testing, quality assurance, releases, and post-go-live activities.
Coordinate with technical teams for custom objects, enhancements, interfaces, and integrations.
Identify business gaps, provide solutions, and participate in blueprinting activities.
Prepare effort estimations, identify risks, and manage priorities.
Provide daily status updates and support project/service management activities.Pharma domain experience is mandatory. Candidates should have experience working on SAP SD processes in a Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences environment.
