Job summary

Planning Partners is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our Navi Mumbai team. The candidate will handle SAP SD AMS/support activities, work with stakeholders, and deliver SAP SD solutions across support, implementation, and rollout projects.

The role requires strong knowledge of SAP SD, ECC and S/4HANA, along with pharma domain experience and excellent client-handling skills. Immediate joining preferred for a 5-day office work week in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• SAP SD AMS/Support and Pharma domain experience.
• Hands-on SAP ECC and S/4HANA knowledge with ability to handle support, implementation and rollout activities.
• Experience in coordinating with stakeholders and delivering SAP SD solutions.

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in SAP SD, AMS Support and Pharma Domain. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA and should be capable of handling support, implementation and rollout activities.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, resolve issues and deliver effective SAP SD solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle SAP SD AMS/support activities and priority-based tickets.
• Understand business requirements and provide appropriate SAP SD solutions.
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Manage and support SAP SD technical/functional development and delivery.
• Handle client-facing activities and interact with customers.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Ensure SLA compliance and provide post-go-live support.
• Identify business gaps and participate in requirement gathering and blueprinting.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
• Estimate efforts, identify risks and manage priorities.
• Prepare daily status reports and contribute to process improvements.
• Support implementation, rollout and maintenance projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory Pharma domain experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SD configuration and pricing procedures.
• Good analytical, communication and client‑handling skills.
• SAP Certification will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with very short notice period preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable working 5 days from office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
