Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune invites an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager & Scrum Master to lead large-scale transformation programs and drive Agile delivery teams. You will coordinate business, SAP and technical stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

The role requires strong mastery of SAP modules (FI/CO MM SD PP), Jira and Azure DevOps, and certifications such as PMP, CSM/PSM or SAFe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedules and budgets.
• Hands-on coordination of business, SAP and technical teams.
• Experience with testing, cutover, deployment and hypercare.
• Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and coaching of Agile teams.
