Job summary

Optimum Solutions is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs, including Greenfield implementations, Brownfield conversions, upgrades, rollouts and migrations.

You will drive project governance, manage budgets and stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams across business and IT, and ensure benefits realization through change management and adoption. This is a senior hands-on leadership role in Pune.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA projects across greenfield and brownfield initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering ERP transformation programs on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery strategy.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, and rollout projects.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, and steering committees.
• Coordinate execution across functional and technical workstreams.
• Manage stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Monitor budgets, resources, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive timely issue resolution.
• Support change management, training, and business adoption.
• Monitor health, quality, and KPIs; prepare executive dashboards.

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Project Management and end-to-end SAP project delivery
• Experience managing large-scale ERP transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and project management best practices
• Experience across functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and cutover workstreams
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, resources, and capacity planning
• Strong experience in risk, issue, and dependency management (RAID)
• Experience with project governance, steering committees, executive reporting, and KPIs
• Strong cross-functional leadership across business and IT teams
• Experience supporting change management, business adoption, and organizational readiness
