Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, is seeking a SAP S/4HANA IBP Lead to design, implement, and manage IBP solutions that optimize supply chain planning and demand forecasting. You will drive global projects and ensure seamless IBP–S/4HANA integration.

The role requires deep IBP module knowledge, experience with CPI-DS/HCI-DS, and strong stakeholder management to guide multi-disciplinary teams and workshops.

We are currently seeking a SAP S4 IBP Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Role Overview

The SAP S/4HANA IBP Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions to optimize supply chain and demand planning processes. The role ensures seamless integration between IBP, S/4HANA, and other supply chain systems.

• Lead the implementation of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response, SOP).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into IBP configuration and design.
• Set up time-series and order-based planning models.
• Manage integrations between IBP, S/4HANA, and other systems using CPI-DS or other interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or IT.
• 710 years of SAP supply chain experience, including 3+ years in SAP IBP.
• SAP Certified Application Consultant SAP Integrated Business Planning preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end IBP implementations in large enterprises.
