Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an SAP IBP Consultant with 8–10 years of experience to lead end-to-end IBP implementations across multiple Indian cities. You will specialize in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP, with strong IBP-S/4HANA integration and CPI-DS knowledge.

The role involves data migration, SIT/UAT, training, and ongoing production support. Collaboration with business and IT teams will be essential to deliver scalable planning solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience with SAP IBP and S/4HANA integration.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Hands-on experience in IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Control Tower.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP integration with S/4HANA, CPI-DS, and master/transactional data interfaces.
• Experience in configuration of planning areas, key figures, attributes, planning operators, forecasting models, and dashboards.
• Involved in data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and enhancement activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable planning solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
