Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a skilled SAP IBP Consultant to join our team for multi-city deployments in Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune. The role requires 8–10 years of SAP experience with deep IBP knowledge and strong S/4HANA integration capabilities.

You will design, configure, test, and support IBP solutions, driving value through Demand, Supply, and S&OP planning. The candidate will manage data migration, SIT/UAT, and user training, while delivering production support and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA integration.
• End-to-end SAP IBP implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Hands-on experience in IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Control Tower.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA, CPI-DS, and master/transactional data interfaces.
• Experience in configuration of planning areas, key figures, attributes, planning operators, forecasting models, and dashboards.
• Involved in data migration, SIT, UAT, and end-user training.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and enhancements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable planning solutions.
• Assist in data migration, SIT/UAT, and end-user training to ensure a smooth rollout.
• Provide ongoing production support, incident resolution, and performance optimization.
• Lead design and configuration activities for IBP components and interfaces.
• Ensure SAP IBP integrations with S/4HANA and CPI-DS are robust and scalable.
