Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with 8-10 years of expertise to lead end-to-end IBP implementations across India. The role will focus on designing and delivering SAP IBP solutions that align with business goals in multiple cities including Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.

The candidate will work on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP and Control Tower, with strong IBP integration to SAP S/4HANA, CPI-DS, and data interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP IBP experience with strong expertise in SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA integration.
• End-to-end IBP implementations including requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Experience with IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP and Control Tower.
• Knowledge of IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA, CPI-DS, and master/transaction data interfaces.
• Experience in planning-area configuration, key-figures, attributes, planning-operators and forecasting models.
• Data migration, SIT/UAT, end-user training, production support and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Configure planning areas, key figures, attributes and forecasting models.
• Integrate IBP with SAP S/4HANA and CPI-DS; manage data interfaces.
• Support SIT/UAT and provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Deliver scalable planning solutions and collaborate with business and technical teams.

SAP IBP Consultant

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Pune

• 5+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Hands-on experience in IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Control Tower.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA, CPI-DS, and master/transactional data interfaces.
• Experience in configuration of planning areas, key figures, attributes, planning operators, forecasting models, and dashboards.
• Involved in data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and enhancement activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable planning solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
