Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking an experienced SAP Migration Consultant to lead data migration activities for S/4HANA projects. The role focuses on ABAP-based migration, migration cockpit design, and coordinating cutover planning with cross-functional teams across FI, MM, WM, PP modules.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in SAP data migration, with at least one rollout in S/4HANA, excellent communication, and leadership to drive the migration team forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in migration topics including planning, tracking, reporting, technical migration consulting, and cutover planning.
• Migration to S/4 Public with strong SAP process knowledge for data migration.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather migration requirements and rules.

Job description

Mandatory / Preferred Skills:

• S No Technical Skills Mandatory or Preferred? Min. yrs of Exp.
• 1 SAP S4 HANA ABAP with S/4 Migration Cockpit Minimum 4 years relevant experience with Min 1 rollout experience in SAP Data Migration with in S/4 HANA (migration Cockpit)
• For candidates with 7+ yrs experience- Minimum of 2 rollout projects needed.
• Good experience in migration topics including planning, tracking, reporting, technical migration consulting, migration cutover planning etc.
• Migration to S/4 Public
• Good SAP process knowledge required for data migration to work with cross-functional teams in gathering migration requirements and migration rules, Specifically with Following Modules: FI, MM, WM, IM, PP, NTP-PP, PM and Procurement
• Deep knowledge in understanding the business objects requirements, dependencies, and technical knowledge (focus on migration cockpit) to coordinate and support the technical migration team during the technical design and release
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design
• Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is required
• Should have been involved in strategic topics for data migration (e.g., Tool evaluation, automation topics etc.)
• Exhibit good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams
• Should be a good team player, leader to drive the migration team (servant leadership mindset)
• Additional migration tool knowledge is an added advantage (Example SNP Crystal) 5 years (out of which 4 years relevant experience)
