Job summary

PGC Digital (India): CMMI Level 3 Company is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP & Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA Data Migration and SNP Glue to join our team in Bengaluru. The role requires 5+ years of SAP ABAP and data migration experience, including hands-on SNP Glue and at least two S/4HANA rollout projects.

You will lead migration activities from planning to cutover, coordinate technical design, and work across SAP modules like FI, MM, WM, IM, PP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP and SAP Data Migration.
• Hands-on SNP Glue and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Minimum 2 S/4HANA rollout projects with S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
• Experience in migration planning, reporting, cutover, and technical design.
• Expertise in S/4HANA ABAP Objects: OData, CDS Views, Forms.
• Strong SAP process knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer-facing experience and stakeholder management.
• Leading migration teams with servant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track and report SAP data migration activities.
• Coordinate technical migration design, development and release.
• Define migration rules, mappings and cutover strategies.
• Collaborate with FI, MM, WM, IM, PP modules for data harmonization.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive results.

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP & Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA Data Migration and SNP Glue to join our team.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP and SAP Data Migration, with hands-on experience in SNP Glue.
• Minimum 2 S/4HANA rollout projects with experience in S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
• Strong experience in migration activities including:
• Migration planning and tracking
• Migration reporting
• Technical migration consulting
• Migration cutover planning and execution
• Mandatory expertise in S/4HANA ABAP Objects, including:
• OData
• CDS Views
• Forms
• Strong SAP process knowledge and experience working with cross-functional teams to gather migration requirements, mapping and migration rules.
• Experience working with the following SAP modules:
• FI, MM, WM, IM, PP, NTP-PP, PM and Procurement.
• Deep understanding of business objects, dependencies and technical requirements, with a strong focus on SNP Glue.
• Ability to coordinate and support technical migration teams during technical design, development and release activities.
• Strong capabilities in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
• Prior customer-facing experience with strong client management skills.
• Experience contributing to strategic data migration initiatives such as:
• Migration tool evaluation
• Automation
• Migration optimization
• Process improvements
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with proven experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Strong team player with the ability to lead and drive migration teams with a servant-leadership mindset.
