Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru, India seeks SAP S/4HANA FI consultant with hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, and Bank Accounting. The role emphasizes blueprinting, design of org structures, and strong interfaces with external banking systems.

You will configure FI-BL components, support EBS, PMW, SWIFT/API integrations and deliver RICEFW artifacts with clear functional specs.

Qualifications

• Experience on at least one SAP S/4HANA FI implementation and two support projects covering GL, AP, AR, and Bank Accounting.
• Proven ability to design organizational structures, gather requirements, and prepare business blueprints.
• Configure and support Bank Accounting FI-BL components including house banks, electronic bank statements, PMW, and bank reconciliations.
• Lead banking process design and external interface integrations (SWIFT, APIs).
• Author clear functional specifications and create custom objects for deployments.
• Experience with third-party interfaces and gap analysis in finance processes.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills; ability to adapt in fast-changing environments.

SAP S/4 Hana FI

Technical Skill sets: SAP S/4 Hana FI

• Should have worked on at least one Implementation & two support projects on SAP S/4 HANA with General ledger accounting, Accounts payables, Accounts Receivables, Bank and cash accounting.
• Expert on design org structure, business requirement gathering, preparation of business blueprint & understanding of business process.
• Configure and support Bank Accounting (FI-BL) components, including:
• House banks & bank accounts, electronic bank statements (EBS), Lockbox processing, Check deposit and check management, Cash Journal, Payment Medium Workbench (PMW), Manual and automatic bank reconciliations
• Banking Integration & Process Design
• Lead banking process design aligned with financial and treasury requirements. Set up integrations with external banking interfaces (SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs).
• Support Automatic Payments (APP) and outbound payment file formats (ISO20022 etc.). Ensure compliance with corporate treasury policies and banking regulations.
• Expert in writing Functional Specifications independently and create Custom Objects from Scratch to Deployments.
• Should have good Experience on interfaces with third party systems.
• Analyze business processes in the finance domain and recommend improvements.
• Expertise on Gap analysis report and must know the RICEFW concept
