Job summary

NTT America, Inc. in Hyderabad seeks an senior SAP FICO lead to drive S/4HANA Finance initiatives across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and banking interfaces.

The role demands 15+ years in SAP FICO with 8+ years in S/4HANA Finance and strong module integration (FI-MM, FI-SD, FICO-PP). You will guide end-to-end implementations, support RICEF development, and collaborate with the C-suite on transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 15+ years in SAP FICO with at least 8 years in S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and Banking interfaces.
• Deep knowledge of Controlling areas: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Actual Costing, CO-PA / Margin Analysis.
• Experience integrating FI with FI-MM, FI-SD, FICO-PP and FICO-PS.
• Participation in at least 4 end-to-end implementations and 4–5 product support projects in S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology (Activate/ASAP) and project lifecycle from discovery to Go-Live.
• Knowledge of SAP AMS processes to support users across geographies.
• Experience with Interfaces and 3rd party system integration.
• Basic exposure to ALE, IDOC execution and error handling.
• Ability to work independently to Understand, Estimate, Design and Deliver solutions.
• Experience coordinating with development teams, preparing Functional Specs, Testing, and deploying RICEF objects.
• Experience presenting roadmaps to C-suite for digital transformation and strategic planning.
• Experience with RFPs and presales; preparing Functional Specs, User documentation and test cases.
• Strong team management and mentoring skills.
• Education in CA/CWA/CMA/MBA Finance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO end-to-end implementations and multi-module integrations in S/4HANA Finance.
• Prepare Functional Specifications, coordinate with development teams, and deploy RICEF objects.
• Engage with C-suite to present roadmaps for digital transformation and value realization.
• Support presales activities, RFP responses and client workshops.
• Mentor team members and ensure quality, on-time delivery across geographies.
• Participate in testing, training and post Go-Live support.

Job description

• The Candidate should have minimum experience of 15+ years in SAP FICO out of which at least 8 years in S/4 HANA Finance.

• The Candidate should be strong in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting and Banking that includes Banking Interface knowledge.

• Should be strong in Controlling areas - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Actual Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) / Margin Analysis.

• Should have good exposure on integration with other SAP modules; FI-MM, FI-SD, FICO-PP and FICO-PS.

• Should be part of at least 4 E2E implementation and 4 to 5 product support projects in S4HANA Finance.

• Must possesses a strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology (Activate/ASAP), including project phases from discovery to Go-Live support.

• Should have knowledge of SAP AMS processes to support business users across geographies.

• Should have experience in working with Interfaces and Integration with 3rd Party systems.

• Basic exposure to ALE, IDOC execution and error handling.

• Should be able to work independently to Understand, Estimate, Design and Deliver the solution.

• Experience in coordinating with the development team, preparation of Functional Specification, Testing, and Deploy the code for RICEF objects.
