Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA SD-CS and Sales & Distribution/Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP solutions and supporting warranty/service processes.
• Experience with OTC, returns and refunds, pricing and billing, and functional configuration.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SD and CS modules to meet business requirements.
• Support warranty and service processes and ensure smooth integrations.
• Manage returns, refunds and order-to-cash activities end-to-end.
• Gather and document business requirements and support S/4HANA migrations.
