Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance & REFX Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and real estate processes, with a focus on SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module. This role requires expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and SAP REFX configuration.

Responsibilities

Financial Analysis

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.

SAP REFX Configuration

• Configure and maintain SAP REFX module to support real estate management processes.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP REFX system.

Real Estate Transactions

• Manage real estate transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

Budgeting And Forecasting

• Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for real estate portfolios.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts.

Financial Reporting

• Generate and analyze financial reports related to real estate portfolios.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
