Job summary

Airbus India Private Limited is seeking a SAP QM Functional Analyst to join its Quality Product team. You will work across SAP QM modules, coordinate with global teams, and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions for Airbus manufacturing and service processes.

The role emphasizes fit-gap analysis, documentation, test scripts, and end-to-end quality management across QM, PP, MM, and S4HANA where applicable.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SAP QM landscape and QM functionalities in SAP
• Ability to carry out fit-gap analysis and maintain test documentation
• Experience as a functional analyst in quality management across Manufacturing and Customer Services
• Strong customer focus and ability to interact with international teams
• Knowledge of QM master data, QM inspection and QM notification processes

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and propose SAP QM solutions

Qualification & Experience

• As a SAP QM functional analyst, he/she should have good understanding of the Airbus QM landscape and also SAP standard QM functionalities.
• Your area of responsibility will include but not only understand the business requirements and provide best suited SAP solution by carrying out fit-gap analysis, maintain proper documentation (including test documents, solution dossier etc), performance improvement understanding and proposals.
• The candidate will join the Quality Product as a functional analyst, providing digital solutions to manage quality business processes throughout the Aircraft Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Services organizations.
• As such, he/she needs to have a strong customer and team focus.
• He/she needs to have regular business interactions for identifying & understanding the Business Evolution Points.
• The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team using an agile mind-set and methodology.
• Overall 4-5 years of functional experience in SAP QM and 1-2 years of SAP PP.
• Well versed with the whole QM cycle and also its integration with other SAP modules like PP,MM etc.
• In depth knowledge of QM master data.
• Complete understanding of QM inspection process (01,02,03 etc).
• Complete understanding of the QM notification process.
• Test script preparation and execution.
• Project documentation (test scripts, solution dossier etc).
• Configuration set of SAP QM.
• Basic understanding of QM certificates, source inspection, serial numbers, DMR(dynamic modification rule).
• Basic understanding of SAP PP.
• Good to have SAP S4 Hana experience.

Responsibilities
