Airbus India Private Limited in Bangalore is seeking a Lead Technology Analyst - Native HANA to drive SAP HANA development within the ERP CoE Logistics and Planning. You will shape data architecture, optimize performance, and collaborate with international teams in Bengaluru.

You will work on analytics, data products and governance, leveraging SAP HANA, ABAP/UI5, PySpark and visualization tools to deliver actionable insights for supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 8-10 years of Native HANA development.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP or SAPUI5; experience with version control like Git hub and SAP tooling.
• Knowledge of Hana objects (Tables, Functions, SQL, Procedures) and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Define SAP landscape best practices and Golden rules for daily operations of Digital Applications.
• Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvements; audit source code.
• Work in an international, distributed, multi-functional team using an agile mindset.

Lead Technology Analyst - SAP Native HANA Job Description: Are you passionate about IT, experienced in software development techniques, operations management and passionate about data and to extract the insights from data to improve supply chain processes and convinced by the business added value of digitalization in the ERP Logistics domain Airbus started its digital journey. Airbus is looking for a Lead Technology Analyst - Native HANA to join the ERP CoE Logistics and Planning - Analytics and Data Product Team in Bangalore, India location. ERP CoE Logistics and Planning is responsible for providing digital applications to the operators in the Production, Warehouse and Transport Distribution Business Functions. Consequently, the Analytics and Data Product Team provides Analytics Applications & Structured Data for Airbus Supply Chain & Logistics. Our vision is to support all points of the Industrial Supply Chain, with accurate data thus facilitating decision-making and improving performance.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in Native HANA Development.
• Good to have knowledge in SAP ABAP or SAPUI5 Experience in working with code versioning => notes internes Hanastudio , Web IDE, GIT Hub Performance Monitoring on SAP HANA Good Knowledge on HANA Objects ( Table Functions , SQL, CV, Database Procedure, ...) Data visualization (SAC , Qlik…). Knowledge on other Products/Tools on Analytics or Data products (e.g. Skywise, Pyspark,Python, Ontology, Foundry) would be an added advantage.
• Architecture global knowledge : SAP backbone, data exchange patterns Development knowledge : Pyspark, python, SQL, java Foundry: Pipeline engineering tools and best practices (code repositories, pipeline builder, ontology manager, markings) Understanding the data produced and consumed by the app. Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers

Responsibilities:

As an expert SAP Native HANA Specialist, he/she should understand business processes, Data Layer and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest best practices and Golden rules for daily operations of Digital Applications. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement and source code auditing. The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile mind-set and methodology.

Accountabilities:

Develop the applications effectively throughout its lifecycle, maintain business continuity and ensure compliance with regulations. Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery.

Propose & develop the right ergonomic solution as per the requirements with good quality and performance. Develop the solution as per the requirements with good quality and performance. Perform deep technology root cause analysis and performance improvement Perform source code auditing. Explore New Technologies and Perform a POC on Analytics.
