Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM implementation/support projects.
• Experience in documentation, testing, migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
• 15 years of full-time formal education is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and document SAP QM solutions aligned with business and quality-management requirements.
• Design and configure inspection processes, including inspection planning, inspection lots, results recording, and usage decisions.
• Develop and implement Quality Notification and CAPA frameworks.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications for SAP QM enhancements and integrations.
• Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and support UAT execution and sign-off.
• Define and execute data migration and validation strategies for SAP QM master and transactional data.
• Prepare detailed cutover, deployment, and go-live plans.
• Support go-live activities, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop training materials and knowledge-transfer documentation for business users and support teams.

The candidate should have strong functional expertise in quality management processes and be capable of working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP QM solutions.

Work Location

This is a fully onsite client project. The selected candidate will be required to work exclusively from the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. All project activities and resource deployment will be carried out from the client site.

The ideal candidate should possess strong SAP QM functional expertise, excellent documentation and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to independently manage quality-management deliverables across the project lifecycle—from solution design and testing through migration, cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer.
