Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services seeks an experienced SAP QM Consultant to join on a PAN India hybrid basis. The role requires hands-on SAP QM implementation, configuration, and support, with strong liaison to business stakeholders.

You will work on quality planning, inspection, and notifications, integrating with MM, PP, and other modules in a S/4HANA environment. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and experience across implementation, enhancements, and production support projects,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP QM.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and Quality Planning.
• Experience in SAP QM master data configuration.
• Understanding of integration with MM and PP modules.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in support, enhancements, and implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP QM processes including Quality Planning, Inspection, QC, and Notifications.
• Handle Inspection Types, Plans, Sampling, MICs, and Catalogs.
• Integrate SAP QM with MM, PP, WM/EWM, and PM modules.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specs.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
• Analyze processes and recommend SAP best practices.
• Support data migration, cutover activities, and go-live.
• Prepare documentation and deliver user training.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Quality Management processes. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP QM solutions and collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP QM processes including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Notifications.
• Work on Inspection Types, Inspection Plans, Sampling Procedures, Master Inspection Characteristics (MIC), and Catalogs.
• Integrate SAP QM with MM, PP, WM/EWM, and PM modules.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices.
• Support data migration, cutover activities, and go‑live support.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
