• Build niche SAP skill capabilities and foster innovation.
• Define and enforce delivery governance frameworks.
• Monitor KPIs: SLA adherence, defect leakage, velocity, and profitability.
• Strong background in SAP.
• Ability to drive programs On time, On Budget and On Quality
• Must have delivered one S/4 Greenfield or Global Roll Out.
