Job summary

DMart is seeking a Lead PMO to drive IT implementation initiatives, oversee multi-year transformation contracts, and coordinate with multiple partners. The role requires strong change control, cost tracking, and progress reporting to senior stakeholders.

The candidate will set up toolchains for transformation stages, apply EAC and CPM techniques, and leverage JIRA admin capabilities to enforce governance across programs. Experience in retail IT projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT implementation projects in complex environments.
• Proven ability to manage fixed-price, multi-year transformation contracts.
• Demonstrated success in multi-partner implementation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO operations for large IT transformation programs.
• Ensure change control processes and negotiate commercial impacts with service providers.
• Monitor and manage estimates at completion and critical path analyses.
• Prepare financials and status reports for project reviews.
• Set up and govern toolchains across transformation stages.

1. Min 10+ years of experience in IT implementation project management
2. should have Managed fixed price Transformation contracts for multi year transformation
3. Should have managed multi partner implementation projects
4. Should have implemented change control and negotiated commercial impacts with IT service providers
5. Should have used estimates at completion and critical path techniques
6. Should have prepared financial and status reporting for project review
7. Should have set up tool chain for multiple stages of transformation
8. Proficiency in JIRA as admin setup is obligatory
9. Should have managed risk, actions, issues and dependencies (RAID)
10. Experience in retail industry IT projects added advantages
11. knowledge of SAP activate methodology added advantage
