Job summary

Thoucentric in Bengaluru, India seeks a SAP Programme/PMO Lead to own governance, planning, execution, and delivery oversight across all SAP workstreams on large programmes. You will drive PMO models, define SteerCo structures, and manage multiple SAP and non-SAP streams with a focus on integration, risk mitigation, and timely go-lives.

The role requires hands-on ECC to S/4HANA migration experience, strong module knowledge (SD/MM/FICO/PP), and Proven program leadership across complex SAP

Qualifications

• Lead ECC to S/4HANA transformations end-to-end.
• 8+ years of experience with 2+ years in SAP program delivery.
• Hands-on ECC to S/4HANA migration experience and module knowledge.
• Experience governing large programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP programme governance, delivery cadence, and execution discipline.
• Define and run PMO operating model (RAID, milestones, dependencies, quality gates).
• Drive integrated programme plans covering Build, Test, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Establish SteerCo, Core Team, and Workstream governance with crisp decision frameworks.
• Manage SAP technology workstreams including: S/4HANA, SAP BTP, CPI/Integration Suite, ABAP, Fiori, Extensions.
• Oversee interfaces with non-SAP systems and ensure system coherence.
• Build and maintain integrated master plans across all SAP and non-SAP streams.
• Drive cutover planning, mock runs, and go-live readiness assessments.
• Manage multiple SI partners, niche vendors, and SAP teams simultaneously.
• Track vendor deliverables against SoW, milestones, and commercials.
• Resolve inter-vendor conflicts and act as single escalation point.

Role Summary

The SAP Programme / PMO Lead will own governance, planning, execution, and delivery oversight of all SAP Technology and Integration workstreams across large, complex SAP programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP programme governance, delivery cadence, and execution discipline
• Define and run PMO operating model (RAID, milestones, dependencies, quality gates)
• Drive integrated programme plans covering Build, Test, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare
• Establish SteerCo, Core Team, and Workstream governance with crisp decision frameworks
• Manage and align all SAP technology workstreams including:
• SAP S/4HANA (On-Prem / Private / Public Cloud)
• SAP BTP, CPI / Integration Suite
• ABAP, Fiori, Extensions (Clean Core aligned)
• Interfaces with non-SAP systems (CRM, SCM, MES, WMS, Finance, Banks, 3PLs, Tax, etc.)
• Oversee technical design sign-offs, transport strategy, and release governance
• Build and maintain integrated master plans across all SAP and non-SAP streams
• Proactively identify cross-stream risks, integration bottlenecks, and resource conflicts
• Own RAID logs and ensure risks are mitigated, not just reported
• Drive cutover planning, mock runs, and go-live readiness assessments
• Manage multiple SI partners, niche vendors, and SAP teams simultaneously
• Track vendor deliverables against SoW, milestones, and commercials
• Resolve inter-vendor conflicts and accountability gapsAct as the single point of escalation for delivery-related issues

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Must-HaveLead ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs end-to-end
- Drive governance, manage SIs, and align business + IT
- 8+ yrs experience; 2+ yrs in SAP program/project delivery
- Hands-on ECC to S/4HANA migration experience
- Strong in at least one module: (SD, MM, FICO, PP etc.)
- Proven large-scale program management + stakeholder handling

Good to Have:*

PMP certification, Manufacturing Experience, Consulting Experience with Deloitte/Accenture etc. within SAP domain.
