Job summary

CashFlo in Mumbai is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of SAP MM/ FICO integrations and S/4HANA-based ERP projects for large enterprises. The role blends strong business understanding with SAP domain expertise in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will coordinate with enterprise stakeholders, SAP consultants, product and engineering teams, and implementation partners to plan, govern, and deliver procurement, finance, and supply-chain workflows.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of overall experience in SAP project management or SAP MM functional delivery.
• Hands-on experience with the SAP Material Management (MM) module — PO, GRNs, Invoice posting.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and implementation approach.
• Strong project management fundamentals — planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation, integration, and rollout projects from scoping to go-live.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple engagements.
• Drive projects for large enterprise clients, ensuring alignment to scale, complexity, and compliance needs.
• Identify risks/issues and drive closure with mitigation plans.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of CashFlo AI Accountant’s integration with Client SAP systems. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in the SAP Material Management (MM) module, SAP FICO module, solid working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, and a proven track record of delivering ERP projects on time, on scope, and on budget.

You will work closely with enterprise client stakeholders, SAP functional and technical consultants, internal product and engineering teams, and implementation partners to plan, execute, and govern SAP projects that directly impact procurement, finance, and supply-chain workflows for some of India’s largest corporates.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation, integration, and rollout projects, from scoping and planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resourcing, and budgets across multiple concurrent SAP engagements.
• Drive projects for large enterprise clients (Rs. 1000 Cr+ turnover), ensuring delivery is aligned to their scale, complexity, and compliance needs.
• Proactively identify project risks and issues, and drive them to closure with clear mitigation plans.
• Track and report project status, milestones, and RAID logs to leadership and client stakeholders.

Solution Ownership

• Act as the primary point of ownership requirement gathering, configuration walkthroughs, and business process alignment.
• Partner with other functional consultants to translate client workflows into solution design.
• Ensure required integrations are correctly scoped, tested, and delivered.

SAP S/4HANA & Enterprise Systems

• Bring working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and implementation methodology to guide project decisions.
• Coordinate with SAP functional consultants across modules (FICO, MM, SD, etc.) for seamless, integrated delivery.
• Support internal SAP landscape decisions — upgrades, configuration changes, and ongoing optimization.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise client stakeholders and their SAP/IT teams through the project lifecycle.
• Manage external SAP implementation partners, System Integrators (SIs), and vendors where required.
• Facilitate steering committee updates and executive-level status reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 5–10 years of overall experience, with a significant portion in SAP project management or SAP MM functional delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering SAP projects end-to-end for large enterprises (Rs. 1000 Cr+ turnover).
• Hands‑on experience with the SAP Material Management (MM) module — Purchase Orders, GRNs, Invoice posting, Debit note posting
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA — architecture, implementation approach, and functional capabilities.
• Strong project management fundamentals — planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior client and internal leadership.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Chartered Accountant (CA) background, bringing strong financial and process acumen to SAP finance and procurement workflows.
• Exposure to fintech, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise product environments.
• Familiarity with additional SAP modules such as FICO, SD, Ariba, or Treasury.
