Job summary

CashFlo is seeking an Operations Associate – Accounts Payable to join our Vendor Finance team. You will manage vendor onboarding, track transactions, process client data, resolve tickets, and perform platform fee reconciliations in a fast-paced startup.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and comfortable with web tools like Retool, HubSpot, Metabase, Postman, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline; Commerce, Economics, Business, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, and conditional formatting.
  • Comfortable with web-based tools such as Retool, HubSpot, Metabase, Postman/API tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focusedOperations Associate – Accounts Payable (AP) to join our Vendor Finance team.

The role involves managing operational workflows related to vendor onboarding, transaction tracking, client data processing, internal ticket resolution, and platform fee reconciliations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, data, and web-based tools, and should have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
