Job summary

Tata Technologies Ltd. in Pune seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP initiatives, including implementations, migrations, upgrades, and ongoing support across S/4HANA and related modules.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and on/offshore teams, drive governance, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality delivery while supporting UAT, training and go-lives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA lifecycle and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional processes and integrations.
• Experience in project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and status reporting.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage change requests and project documentation.
• Track project KPIs and ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in SAP project execution.
