Job summary

EY Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP PLM Consultant to join our global team. You will lead end-to-end PLM processes, configuration, and integration in S/4HANA with hands-on recipe and specification management.

Role requires 6+ years of PLM experience and exposure to FMCG, Pharma Manufacturing, or Life Sciences industries, collaborating across diverse teams to deliver scalable PLM solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PLM consultancy experience.
• Strong proficiency in S/4HANA and SAP PLM modules.
• Hands-on experience in FMCG, Pharma Manufacturing, or Life Sciences industries.
• Experience in configuring and testing SAP PLM modules.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5-6 years in PLM process definition, analysis, design, and implementation.
• End-to-end PLM process implementation, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement.
• Configure and test SAP PLM modules.
• Recipe Development & Recipe Management
• Specification Management
• ECTR, Document Management (DMS), WWI Reports
• Synchronize Recipe to BOM, manage ECM for recipe changes
• Handle Specification Management: values, classes, characteristics, phrases
• Configure workflow in Fiori / Web UI
• End-user training and post-implementation support
• Write functional specs and related documentation
• Drive continuous improvement of PLM processes
• Designing and implementing scalable applications
• Strong configuration and testing skills
• Interface and 3rd party system integrations
