Job summary

EY is hiring a Senior SAP PLM Consultant to work from our Pune office, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the country.

Candidates should have 6+ years of SAP PLM experience, strong S/4HANA proficiency, and hands-on exposure to FMCG, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or life sciences. You will lead end-to-end PLM implementations, configure modules like Recipe Management, DMS, and ECM, and collaborate across teams to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PLM experience in SAP PLM
• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA and PLM modules
• Experience in FMCG, Pharma Manufacturing, or Life Sciences industries

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5-6 years in PLM process definition, analysis, design, and implementation.
• End-to-end PLM process implementation, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement.
• Configure and test SAP PLM modules: Recipe Development & Recipe Management
• Specification Management, DMS, WWI Reports
• Synchronize Recipe to BOM, manage ECM for recipe changes
• Handle Specification Management: value assignment types, classes, characteristics
• Configure workflow in Fiori / Web UI
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
• Write functional specifications and related documentation
• Drive continuous improvement of PLM-related business processes
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications
• Strong configuration and testing skills
• Experience in working with interfaces and integration with 3rd party systems
