Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking an ESaaS - SAP - PPQM Consultant in Mumbai with 7-12 years of SAP ECC/S4 HANA experience. You will lead end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations, manage delivery, and mentor teams while driving process improvements in a manufacturing context.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, functional specs, and post-go-live support, with a focus on SLAs, RCA, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA experience in implementation, support and rollout projects.
• Deep knowledge of PP and QM modules including Master Data, Work Centers, Routings, MRP, Batch Management and Quality Management.
• Experience in manufacturing domain with SAP project delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask in dynamic environments.
• SAP Certification and domain experience are preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to mentor teams.
• Hands-on testing experience (Unit, Integration, QA) and SAP-ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM, with expertise in S4 HANA/ECC
• In-depth knowledge of PP and QM modules, including Master Data, Work Centers, Routings, MRP, Batch Management, Quality Management, and more
• Experience in implementation and support projects, with a focus on manufacturing industry domain
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic requirements
• SAP Certification and domain experience are preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams
• Hands-on experience in testing, including Unit, Integration, and Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of interfaces with MES, LIMS, QMS Systems, and Weighing Scales
• Experience in configuration and set-up of PPQM module, and resolving issues with existing business processes
• A highly motivated and goal-oriented individual, with a track record of client satisfaction
• Experienced in configuration and set-up of the PPQM module through IMG and supporting day to day PPQM module issues, providing enhancements and translating them into system configuration requirements.
• Configured material classification, characteristics and classes; this enabled grouping together of certain materials according to a predefined criterion.

• Designed and provided completed upload data templates for Master Data migration from Legacy system to the Core SAP system.
