Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is seeking an SAP PPQM Consultant with 5+ years of experience to support PP/QM in S/4HANA environments. You will review current processes, design improved workflows, and lead blueprint workshops with business teams.

You will configure PP/QM modules, assist in end-user training, and manage project tracks from blueprint to cutover. The role requires immediate to 30 days notice and hands-on support in India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1 or 2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices.
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management(including documentation).
• Support business users in delivery of end user training.
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects.
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.

Responsibilities

• Review as-is processes and evaluate current SAP usage.
• Design to-be processes and best practices for PP/QM areas.
• Lead SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops with stakeholders.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA PP/PM modules including QM and related components.
• Support end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Assist in DTS data extraction, transformation, and cleansing tasks.
• Create project tracks: blueprints, gap analyses, testing, cutover plans, and training.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SAP environments.
• Draft functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, reports, and forms.
