Job summary

GyanSys is seeking an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant for its Chennai delivery team. The role focuses on PP/QM in SAP S/4HANA, overseeing end-to-end implementations, blueprint workshops, and user training to ensure smooth production and quality processes.

With 5+ years of SAP PP/QM experience, you will review current processes, design future-state solutions, and drive project tracks from blueprint to go-live and support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1 or 2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Ability to review and analyze as-is processes and design to-be processes.
• Experience in leading blueprint workshops and SAP design sessions.
• Hands-on configuration of PP, PS, and QM on SAP S/4HANA and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices.
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA components including Production Planning, Production Scheduling, and Quality Management.
• Support end-user training and data extraction/ETL tasks.
• Create and manage project tracks: blueprints, gap analysis, testing, cutover, and training.

Job Description:

Role : SAP PPQM Consultant

Experience : 5+yrs Relevant with SAP PPQM

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 days

Required:

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1or 2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops
• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4 HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management(including documentation)
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide overall maintenance and support
• Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
