Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant in India to drive end-to-end SAP PP/QM projects. You will review current processes, design future state, and lead blueprint workshops while configuring PP, scheduling, orchestration, and QM in SAP S/4HANA.

Immediate notice is preferred and will train end users and support deployment across functions. The role requires 5+ years of SAP PP/QM experience, with 1–2 full implementations and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP PP/QM experience with 1–2 end-to-end implementations.
• Review as-is processes and design to-be processes with best practices.
• Lead SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
• Configure PP/Planning/Execution and QM components in SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Create functional specs for interfaces, conversions, reports and forms.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
• Create functional specifications for development objects.
• Provide maintenance and ongoing support to business users.
• Assist with data extraction and cleansing for DTS data objects.
• Create and manage SAP project tracks (blueprints, gap analysis, testing, cutover, training).

Job Description:

Role : SAP PPQM Consultant

Experience : 5+yrs Relevant with SAP PPQM

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 days

Required:

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1or 2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops
• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4 HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management(including documentation)
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide overall maintenance and support
• Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
