Job summary

GyanSys is seeking an SAP PPQM Consultant with 5+ years of experience to drive production planning and quality management processes on SAP S/4HANA. You will participate in blueprint workshops, design to-be processes, and support end users across manufacturing clients.

Responsibilities include configuring PP/QM modules, leading design sessions, creating functional specs, and guiding development with the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1–2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
• Configure and maintain the SAP PP/QM components in S/4HANA.
• Support business users in delivery of end user training.
• Create and manage SAP project tracks: blueprints, gap analysis, testing, cutover, training.
• Provide overall maintenance and support.
• Create functional specifications for development objects and guide the development team.

Job Description:

Role : SAP PPQM Consultant

Experience : 5+yrs Relevant with SAP PPQM

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 days

Required:

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1or 2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops
• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4 HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management(including documentation)
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide overall maintenance and support
• Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
