Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is seeking a SAP PPQM Consultant with 5+ years of SAP PP/QM experience to lead projects in SAP S/4HANA environments in India. Immediate notice period expectations and strong design and training skills are required.

The role emphasizes blueprint workshops, process design, and delivering end-to-end SAP capabilities, including Production Planning, Scheduling, and Quality Management, with ongoing support to users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1–2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Ability to review AS-IS processes and design TO-BE business processes.
• Lead design sessions or blueprint workshops and guide development teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP S/4 HANA modules: Production Planning, Scheduling, Orchestration, and QM.
• Provide end-user training and support to business users.
• Create functional specs for interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports and forms.
• Maintain projects with blueprints, gap analyses, test strategies, and cutover plans.

Job Description:

Role : SAP PPQM Consultant

Experience : 5+yrs Relevant with SAP PPQM

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 days

Required:

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1or 2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops
• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4 HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management(including documentation)
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide overall maintenance and support
• Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
