Job summary

GyanSys is seeking an SAP PPQM Consultant with 5+ years of experience to work on SAP PP/QM modules within SAP S/4HANA. The role involves analyzing as-is processes, designing to-be processes, and leading blueprint workshops with business users to deploy production planning, scheduling, and quality management capabilities.

You will configure SAP components, support training, and create specifications for development work, ensuring successful project tracks and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP PP/QM experience with 1-2 end-to-end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes.
• Design to-be business processes and best practices.
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4 HANA components including Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management (including documentation).
• Support business users in delivery of end user training.
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects.
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide overall maintenance and support.
• Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP PP/QM implementation and support activities.
• Conduct blueprint workshops and design sessions with business users.
• Configure SAP PP and QM modules within SAP S/4HANA.
• Support training delivery and post-go-live support.
• Prepare functional specs for development objects and coordinate with the development team.
