Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong SAP PP and manufacturing domain knowledge.

• Proven end-to-end ECC implementation, rollout, migration and support experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP implementations, rollouts, enhancements and support projects aligned with manufacturing needs.
• Design, configure and optimize SAP PP processes including Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders and Batch Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, design workshops, testing, cutover planning and post-go-live support.
• Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, team mentoring, risk management and process improvements.

Your Role

• Lead SAP PP (Production Planning) implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects, ensuring alignment with business manufacturing requirements.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP PP processes including Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Batch Management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support activities.
• Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, team mentoring, risk management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP PP and manufacturing business processes.
• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration, MRP planning, production execution, BOMs, routings, work centers, and capacity planning.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP ECC implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
• Strong integration experience with SAP MM, SD, QM, PM, and Warehouse Management modules.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing client relationships, leading consulting teams, driving solution architecture, and delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs.
