Job summary

Itmc Systems in Bengaluru, India seeks a senior SAP Program Lead to drive PP/PI implementations and SAP transformations across global plants. You will bring a deep SAP PP/PI expertise, S/4HANA experience, and a proven track record delivering template-driven deployments in discrete and process industries.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, excellent communication in matrix organizations, and a history of complex multi-site projects; certifications are a plus for this senior position.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, supply chain, or business administration with IT specialization.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with 4+ years on S/4HANA (PP/PP-PI).
• Proven track record delivering SAP PP in discrete and process industries.
• Deep understanding of MRP Live, Order Types, Process Management, Batch Determination, Capacity Planning.
• Experience in large-scale global SAP transformation programs, ideally with a template-driven deployment model.
• Familiarity with SAP ME, DMC, or MES systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement; able to work in matrix organizations.
• Relevant SAP certifications preferred.

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration with IT specialization.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with 4+ years on S/4HANA (PP / PP-PI).
• Proven track record of delivering SAP PP processes in both discrete and process industry settings.
• Deep understanding of MRP Live, Order Types, Process Management, Batch Determination, and Capacity Planning.
• Experience in large-scale global SAP transformation programs, ideally with a template-driven deployment model.
• Familiarity with SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME), Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), or third-party MES systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work in matrix organizations.
• Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
