The ideal candidate has 10+ years SAP experience, 5+ in pharma, and proven leadership in S/4HANA/RISE transformations, GMP/GxP validation, and cross-functional training and mentoring.

Position: SAP PP & QM Functional Lead
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 10+ years SAP, with 5+ years in Pharma + lead experience

The SAP Functional Lead – PP/QM will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Production Planning and Quality Management processes for manufacturing operations. This role owns end-to-end PP/QM solution delivery, drives standardization across plants, and ensures compliant, scalable process execution through strong integration with MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, MES, and LIMS. The

Role :

• Lead SAP PP + QM functional design, configuration, implementation and support.
• Strong exposure to S/4HANA / RISE transformation.
• Must understand pharma manufacturing / process manufacturing / batch management.
• Handle PP processes: BOM, Routing, Recipe, Production Version, MRP, Planned Orders, Process Orders.
• Handle QM: Inspection Types, Inspection Plans, MIC, Sampling, Usage Decision, Quality Notifications.
• Strong integration with MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, MES and LIMS.
• Critical differentiator: GMP/GxP, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11, IQ/OQ/PQ and SAP validation.
• Should have experience with SAP CPI, APIs, IDOCs and cross-functional integration.
• Should be comfortable with business stakeholders, solution design, testing, documentation, training and team mentoring.
