Job summary

UST is seeking a SAP QM PP Consultant in Bengaluru to lead Quality management configuration and implementation activities. You will work on QM PP-PI, integrate QM with WM, PP, PM and LIMS, and deliver solution packages per client standards.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in QM module within SAP implementation or maintenance projects.
• Hands-on configuration in QM, including procurement, inspection and batch management.
• Experience in pharma/biotech process industries is preferred.
• S/4HANA experience and integration with LIMS is desirable.
• Ability to create design/functional documents and present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP QM module and ensure integration with WM, PP, PM and LIMS.
• Deliver work products matching Client's standards and requirements.
• Create process flows and design documents (PDD/BPP) for solutions.
• Coordinate with onsite team and provide status updates in calls.
• Prepare workshops and presentations for blueprint sessions.

Role Description

As a SAP QM PP Consultant, your focus will include, but is not be limited to: Project experience in QM PP, in particular in the Pharmaceutical or Bio Tech Industry Ability to configure SAP QM (Quality module) and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements. Strong configuration hands on experience in Quality module. Integration of the QM module with other SAP modules like WM,PP,PM and with external applications like LIMS. Exposure to Quality Planning, QM Master Data, Quality Notification, Analytics and Reporting -Quality, Quality Certificates, Quality Inspection -Integration with LIMS, Quality Inspection –Procurement, Quality Inspection –Warehouse, Production Master Data -Master recipe. Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP Quality management. Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly. Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client. Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio’s for the client’s proposed business processes. Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided. In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation: Project preparation Unit Testing, Cycle Testing Integration Testing User Manual Preparation User Support activities Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies Regularly interact with the onsite team/client Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client Requirements: Occasional travel to client locations if required English speaking and writing Must have Skills: SAP QM PP-PI experience, Process Industry experience preferred S/4HANA experience with integration to LIMS knowledge Pharma/ Bio Tech Industry experience preferred 4 to 7 years of experience working on the QM module in SAP implementation projects / Maintenance projects Implementation experience should be in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6 would be a plus Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the QM module: QM in procurement, Source inspection, Vendor evaluation, Vendor selection QM in logistics, incoming, in-process & outgoing Certificate of analysis Sound knowledge in QM processes Quality control, Notification, Test equipment & SPC Auditing Batch management LIMS and other PP master data and process integration to QM Good to have: Build professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development Contribute to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of your communication skills and cooperation; reach and realize project aims and outputs
