Job summary

HR India Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a Sr Consultant/Manager to lead SAP PPQM implementations, configuring production planning and quality management, and tailoring material master data, BOMs and routings.

You will design PPQM workflows, collaborate with clients to capture requirements, oversee testing (unit, integration, UAT) and drive successful go-live while coordinating with consulting teams. Notice period - early joiner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in SAP PPQM implementations.
• Experience customizing PPQM configurations including material master, BOMs, and routings.
• Proven ability to design workflows for quality inspection and material specifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAP PPQM solutions focusing on Production Planning and Quality Management.
• Configure and customize PPQM data and processes to meet client requirements.
• Design and develop PPQM workflows and integrate with other SAP modules.
• Lead testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure successful go-live.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements:

• * Implement SAP PPQM solutions for clients, focusing on Production Planning and Quality Management modules.
• * Configure and customize SAP PPQM to meet client requirements, including material master data, bill of materials, and routing.
• * Design and develop SAP PPQM workflows, including quality inspection and material specification.
• * Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and provide solutions using SAP PPQM.
• * Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for SAP PPQM implementations.

Preferred Skills:

• * Experience with SAP PPQM implementation projects, including production planning, quality management, and material management.
• * Knowledge of SAP PPQM configuration, including production orders, material requirements planning, and quality certificates.
• * Familiarity with SAP PPQM reporting and analytics, including SAP BW and SAP HANA.
• * Understanding of industry-specific requirements for SAP PPQM, including automotive, pharmaceutical, and aerospace.
• * Experience with SAP PPQM integration with other SAP modules, such as SAP MM, SAP QM, and SAP PM.
