Job summary

Sigma Allied Services is seeking an experienced SAP PM/CS consultant to lead end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements for our clients in India. You will drive requirements workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution design, collaborating across functional and technical teams.

You will configure PM/CS modules (maintenance, service, and related areas), provide L2/L3 support, and contribute to process standardization and reliability initiatives within an Enterprise Asset

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP PM and SAP CS implementations and upgrades.
• Strong requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design skills.
• Hands-on configuration of PM components: Functional Locations, Equipment Master, Work Centres.
• Experience with maintenance processes (Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, Breakdown).
• Experience with service management modules: Service Notifications, Service Orders, Warranty.
• L2/L3 production support, incident handling, and production validation.

Job description

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PM/CS implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design activities.
• Configure and support SAP PM functionalities including Functional Locations, Equipment Master, Work Centres, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Notifications, and Work Orders.
• Design and implement Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance processes.
• Support Calibration Management, Refurbishment Processes, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Maintenance Costing.
• Configure and support SAP CS functionalities including Service Notifications, Service Orders, Warranty Management, Service Contracts, and Installed Base Management.
• Implement Repair Processes, Resource Related Billing, In-house Repairs, and Field Service Management solutions.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP PM/CS incidents, enhancements, and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis, defect resolution, and system optimization activities.
• Manage configuration changes, transport management, and release deployments.
• Support business users during critical business operations and month-end activities.
• Participate in ticket triaging, SLA monitoring, and support governance processes.
• Collaborate with Basis, Security, ABAP, Integration, and business teams.
• Analyze maintenance and customer service processes and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Drive standardization and best practices across maintenance and service operations.
• Support reliability improvement initiatives and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) strategies.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development activities.
• Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
• Support cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
• Create functional design documents, configuration guides, test scripts, process flows, and training materials.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
