Bosontech IT Services Private Limited is seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant to serve as the functional architect for Enterprise Asset Management within SAP S/4HANA projects.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, configure maintenance structures, and integrate PM with MM, FICO, and PP while mentoring junior consultants in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP PM and SAP EAM experience.
• Deep SAP S/4HANA expertise with maintenance structures, work orders, and preventive maintenance plans.
• Strong analytical skills for SAP PM integration with core modules.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Role Overview

As an SAP PM Consultant, you will serve as the primary functional architect for Enterprise Asset Management processes within our client engagements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business process owners, and technical developers to translate complex operational requirements into efficient SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Your daily contributions will directly influence how our clients manage their asset lifecycles, maintenance scheduling, and resource optimization, ensuring that their digital infrastructure supports long-term business continuity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure comprehensive SAP PM solutions to align with client-specific maintenance strategies and asset management workflows.
• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, managing the lifecycle from blueprinting and realization to final deployment and hyper-care support.
• Integrate SAP PM modules with related functional areas such as MM, FICO, and PP to ensure seamless data flow and process consistency across the enterprise.
• Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify gaps and provide scalable functional solutions that improve maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and drive consensus on complex system configurations.
• Provide expert-level guidance on SAP EAM best practices, ensuring that system design adheres to industry standards and maximizes the value of the S/4HANA platform.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical oversight during testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Required Skillset

• Possess 7 - 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM and SAP EAM, with a proven track record of successful full-cycle implementations.
• Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including the ability to configure complex maintenance structures, work orders, and preventive maintenance plans.
• Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot integration issues between SAP PM and other core modules in a high-pressure environment.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering productive relationships across diverse project teams.
• Adapt seamlessly to a remote work environment, maintaining high levels of self-motivation, time management, and professional accountability.
• Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration, complemented by a deep understanding of industrial maintenance processes.
