Careernet in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead end-to-end SAP SCM initiatives, from planning through implementation, Go-Live, and hypercare. You will drive project governance, milestone management, and stakeholder communications across SAP modules.

The role emphasizes delivering SAP SCM projects within ERP/S/4HANA environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while mitigating risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of SAP project/program management experience.
• Strong delivery experience in SAP SCM / Supply Chain environments.
• Experience with SAP SCM areas: MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, TM, APO/IBP.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP SCM projects from planning and initiation through implementation, Go-Live, and hypercare.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams across SCM and related SAP modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, integration, testing, and business teams.
• Manage SIT, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support activities.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams where applicable.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, timeline, quality, and governance standards.
• Support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and transformation programs.

Skills Required:

• 6-12 years of SAP project/program management experience.
• Strong project delivery experience within SAP SCM / Supply Chain environments.
• Good understanding of one or more SAP SCM areas such as:
• SAP MM
• SAP PP
• SAP SD
• SAP WM / EWM
• SAP TM
• SAP APO / IBP
• Experience working with SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation and project delivery lifecycles.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, resource, and timeline management.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project governance skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• SAP implementation, global rollout, migration, or upgrade experience.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing external SAP implementation partners or vendors.
• Relevant project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
