Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations, rollouts, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP MM, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams to deliver successful SAP projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM module implementation and enhancement projects across various business units.
• Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, gap analysis, and propose SAP‑based solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with functional and technical consultants across SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM, FI, PP).
• Oversee testing, training, data migration, and documentation processes.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and compliance with internal governance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP MM, with at least 3 years in a Project Management role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes including procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and invoice verification.
• Proven experience in leading SAP implementation or rollout projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience in integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, WM) is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Exposure to global SAP deployments and localization requirements.
• Ability to manage offshore/onsite delivery models.
