About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Specialist to join our team and support the implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) modules, with a specific focus on seamless integration with Oracle Document Management System (DMS). This is an exciting opportunity to lead key initiatives and work with a cross-functional team to drive system efficiency and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement SAP PLM modules, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle DMS for enhanced lifecycle management.
Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze requirements and translate them into effective, scalable PLM solutions.
Drive data migration and system configuration processes, ensuring a reliable and accurate integration between SAP PLM and Oracle DMS.
Establish and maintain PLM processes aligned with Client standards, project governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and sustainability of PLM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization, system improvements, and enhanced PLM capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

6+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP PLM modules, with a deep understanding of the integration with Oracle DMS.
Strong technical background in SAP PLM, Oracle DMS, system integration, and data migration.
Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and provide innovative solutions to improve PLM processes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects to completion, ensuring timely and successful results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
