About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Specialist to join our team and support the implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) modules, with a specific focus on seamless integration with Oracle Document Management System (DMS). This is an exciting opportunity to lead key initiatives and work with a cross-functional team to drive system efficiency and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement SAP PLM modules, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle DMS for enhanced lifecycle management.
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze requirements and translate them into effective, scalable PLM solutions.
• Drive data migration and system configuration processes, ensuring a reliable and accurate integration between SAP PLM and Oracle DMS.
• Establish and maintain PLM processes aligned with Client standards, project governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and sustainability of PLM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization, system improvements, and enhanced PLM capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP PLM modules, with a deep understanding of the integration with Oracle DMS.
• Strong technical background in SAP PLM, Oracle DMS, system integration, and data migration.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and provide innovative solutions to improve PLM processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects to completion, ensuring timely and successful results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
